Guacomole Dip

2 large ripe avocado (or container of guacamole)

2 medium tomatoes, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1 can drained/ rinsed black beans

2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice

1/2 tsp. salt and pinch of pepper

1 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2 jalapeno, finely chopped (you can also use small can of diced jalapeno)

1 - 2 Tbsp. Picante or Tabasco



Mix together. Chill at least an hour before serving, overnight works well also. Serve with tortilla chips or with whatever else is good with guacamole dip.
